Mohammad Jalalpour is an accomplished Structural Engineer and Researcher with extensive experience in seismic design and retrofit of structures.
Mohammad was an outstanding graduate student and graduated with distinction from the University of New Mexico.
Dr. Jalalpour's recent work focused on developing standards and methods for structural repair and retrofit utilizing various techniques such as Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP), concrete jacketing, external post-tensioning, section enlargement, and bonded concrete overlay strengthening techniques.
